More Weight and Strength Training

I continue to combine the cardio work outs with strength training (actually bit less cardio these days due to the increase in strength training). Since about two months now I have been slowly increasing the number of work-out machines I am using during the lunch hour.
During the last few weeks, I have added the following machines to my routine. New ones are Cybex abdominal.
